Create your own clarity circle

A great tool to gain clarity on a potential career change

In this blog post, I will provide you with a great coaching exercise to help you reflecting on your WHY concerning your next professional step. In case you are thinking about re-entering the workforce or switching roles but are not yet fully clear on what this new profession looks like this is a great tool to kick off the thought process.

Why the WHY is important

Often in life we rush and try to navigate through the application journey as efficiently as possible. As a consequence, we often forget to ask us WHY we want what we want and question whether this WHY is really authentic and matching our personality or if it is copy pasted from someone’s else ideas of life.

Reflecting on your WHY forces you to numb the voices from outside and focus on your very own idea of life. Your why is your truth. It’s your purpose. It’s your belief. It’s what motivates you. It’s what gets you up in the morning and it’s what drives you. It’s one of the most powerful things that, once you discover it, can change your life and help you supercharge your career and thrive.

„If you know the why, you can live any how.“

Friedrich Nietzsche

Gaining clarity on your WHY is the foundation for setting the right goals and ambitions for your career or business. It’s the one thing that is set in stone why you are testing out different paths of how this WHY can be incorporated to your life.

Create your very own Clarity Circle

Defining your WHY can be overwhelming! So, I provide you with a great free coaching tool that will trigger your thought process in the early stage.
